Francis new public information officer for Warsaw Police Department

WARSAW — The Warsaw Police Department has appointed Officer Christopher M. Francis as the primary public information officer. Francis is currently assigned to the WPD Patrol Division and will serve in the capacity as a patrol officer, assigned to first shift.
Capt.Brad Kellar will continue serving as a secondary PIO to assist in his absence and when issues of immediate concern arise.
Francis was hired on Sept. 4, 2022, after working at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office for 18 years. He spent the last four years with the sheriff’s department assigned as PIO, securing training in a variety of specific topics surrounding public information.
