Area Police Reports
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 11:58 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 300 Rochester Crossing Drive, Rochester. A caller reported lights were stolen from their trucks.
- 6:39 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, North US 31 and East CR 550N, Rochester. A caller reported a reckless driver with no headlights on.
- 11:50 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 5000 block Beaman Lane, Rochester. A caller reported hearing yelling from a neighbor’s address, who they knew was out of town. The caller looked inside and saw five individuals, who then ran into the attic. The individuals were not on the scene when officers arrived. A hole was found in the back of the house.
- 4:01 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 2000 block Sweetgum Road, Rochester. A caller reported receiving threatening messages.
- 4:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 1000 block Lakeview Drive, Rochester. A caller reported an animal being abandoned. A man who reported an animal missing in the area was contacted and confirmed it was his. The man reported retrieving the animal.
- 3:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, Wolfs Point Drive and West Side Road, Rochester. A caller reported a subject was lighting fireworks in the area in violation of an ordinance.
- 2:56 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 700 block East Fourth Street, Rochester. A caller reported losing a white Jack Russell terrier with black ears.
- 8:27 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 6000 block East CR 150S, Rochester. A caller reported a woman stealing barn cats from their property.
- 1:32 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, East Eighth Street and Main Street, Rochester. A caller reported hearing screaming.
- 11:23 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, North US 31 and East SR 110, Rochester. A caller reported a large green bag was sitting in the northbound lane and people had to swerve their cars to avoid it.
- 11:01 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2000 block South CR 400E, Rochester. A man reported tools were stolen from his former place of employment when he returned to retrieve them.
