SYRACUSE — Have you seen Luka?

Luka is a male, neutered, yellow Labrador Retriever.

He was last seen around 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, at the corner of Elnora and Searfoss Drives in Syracuse. Luka is wearing a black collar with blue running through it.
