Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 12:32 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 221 W. Main St., Warsaw. Driver: Shaun M. Mudd, 44, South Franklin Street, Mentone. Mudd was backing his vehicle from a parking space when he hit a light pole. Damage up to $2,500.
• 5:55 p.m. Monday, April 15, South SR 13, at the intersection of East CR 1000S, Claypool. Drivers: Jason R. Jones Jr., 24, North State Street, South Whitley; and Susan A. Lewis, 61, East 6th Street, North Manchester. Jones was traveling east on East CR 1000S when he failed to yield the right-of-way to Lewis’ vehicle. Lewis was traveling south on SR 13. Jones was pronounced deceased at the scene. Lewis was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital for abdominal, chest, left ankle, and right wrist pain. Damage up to $50,000.
• 7:29 a.m. Monday, April 15, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Driver: Beth A. Reed, 53, East CR 1000S, North Manchester. Reed’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.

Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 7:26 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, US 33 and CR 138, Goshen. Drivers: Debra Bobeck, 58, Millersburg; Michael Delucenay, 67, Millersburg; Jerry Stoner, 58, Ligonier; and Kaylin Ritchie, 30, Ligonier. Delucenay, Stoner and Ritchie’s vehicles were stopped on US 33 due to a vehicle turning left. Bobeck did not see the stopped vehicle. Bobeck’s vehicle rear-ended and pushed Delucenay’s vehicle into Stoner and Ritchie’s vehicles. Bobeck and Delucenay complained of pain.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 6:01 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, East SR 110 and North CR 200E, Rochester. Driver: Colton R. Miller, 18, Tippecanoe. Miller’s pickup truck rolled.
