Daniel I. Borntrager, 62, Milford, died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in Goshen.

He was born March 20, 1962. His wife, Barbara Ann Borntrager, whom he married June 3, 1982, survives.

He also is survived by 10 children, LaVern (Jolena) Borntrager, Milford, Felty (Lisa) Borntrager, Nappanee, Melvin (Brittany) Borntrager, Leesburg, David (Emily) Borntrager, Warsaw, Fannie Mae (Justin) Ramer, Goshen, Mary Ann (Alson) Burkholder, Wakarusa, Sarah Borntrager, Milford, Amanda Borntrager, Goshen, Daryl Borntrager, Milford, and Larry Borntrager, Milford; 24 grandchildren; father-in-law, Toby Borntrager, Etna Green; two brothers, Menno (Dawn) Borntrager, Wisconsin, and Felty (Lydia) Borntrager, Montana; and three sisters, Mary (Henry) Yoder, Minnesota, Mattie (Edwin) Yoder, Nebraska, and Fannie (Freddie) Borntrager, Minnesota.
