Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 8:43 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 900 block East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Driver: Earl Howard, 81, Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Howard’s vehicle rear-ended a parked vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 9:44 p.m. Friday, June 21, US 30, at the intersection of Parker Street, Warsw. Drivers: Tommy Porter, 85, North State Street, South Whitley; and Masen Fincher, 16, East CR 700N, Rochester. Porter’s vehicle struck Fincher’s vehicle due to improper lane usage at the turn by Culver’s. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:09 p.m. Friday, June 21, Leiter Drive intersection of West Center Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Susan E. O’Reilly, 67, Maye Street, Warsaw. O’Reilly’s vehicle rear ended another vehicle, which left the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:04 p.m. Friday, June 21, East Center Street, at the intersection of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Phyllis G. Christlieb, 66, Tulip Tree Road, Fort Wayne; and Jaya K. Prasad-Yarlagadda, 26, Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw. Christlieb accidentally reversed her vehicle into Prasad-Yarlagadda’s vehicle at a stop light. Damage up to $2,500.
• 2:47 p.m. Friday, June 21, East US 30, at the intersection of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Christopher Covington, 51, South Side Drive, Warsaw; and Michael W. Woodfill, 45, Waterside Drive, Fort Wayne. Covington’s vehicle rear-ended Woodfill’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 1:50 p.m. Friday, June 21, South Scott Street, at the intersection of East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Frances G. Blitz, 86, North Tamarack Street, Warsaw; and Kimberly Silveus, 43, South Packerton Road, Warsaw. Blitz’s vehicle rear-ended Silveus’ vehicle at a stop light. Damage up to $2,500.
• 6:25 a.m. Friday, June 21, 1535 W. Center St., Warsaw. Drivers: Nathaniel Heckman, 22, East North Street, Akron; and Javier Sanchez Martinez, 26, East Old Colony Road, Warsaw. Heckman’s vehicle backed into Sanchez Martinez’s vehicle while leaving his parking spot. Damage up to $5,000.
