Phyllis Lee Niswender, 90, Winona Lake, died Monday, July 1, 2024, at Grace Village Nursing Home.

She was born Oct. 4, 1933. On June 2, 1956, she married Ivan Niswender, who survives.

She also is survived by several nieces and nephews.
