Marie Bennion

GOSHEN — Marie Bennion, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, has joined Urgent Care Goshen Physicians as a board certified family nurse practitioner. She provides immediate care for patients of all ages who walk into the clinic for treatment of minor illnesses and injuries.

Bennion has more than 25 years of clinical nursing experience in emergency departments, trauma care and as a flight nurse. She also serves as a clinical preceptor for nursing students during clinical rotations.

“Nurse practitioners like Marie play a vital role in helping patients in our community when they need immediate care,” said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health president and chief executive officer. “We welcome her dedication to educating patients about their condition and encouraging them take an active role in their health care.”

Bennion earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University South Bend. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Northwest in Gary.
