WARSAW — The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department is planning a day of “Community Paddle Boarding & Canoeing” for Wednesday, July 24.

The free event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pike Lake beach, 1009 E. Arthur St., Warsaw.

No registration is required, but an annual waiver form and a rules sheet must be signed by each participant or a parent/guardian.

All equipment and life vests are provided to use on a first-come, first-served basis. Equipment will be used in timed increments and supervised by staff.
