Thirteenth Annual Michiana Pottery Tour This Weekend
WARSAW — A host of ceramics artists from around the state will have their art featured in the 13th annual Michiana Pottery Tour, Sept. 28-29.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, over 40 ceramic artists will have their work displayed at 10 locations around northern Indiana and southwestern Michigan.
“We’re interested in promoting the Michiana region as a hub for contemporary ceramics,” the Pottery Tour’s website states. “Michiana has been home to many clay artists for more than four decades. It is also a new home for many new and emerging ceramic talents.”
The artists and their tour stops include:

• Mark Goertzen, Samantha Hostert, Troy Bungart, Lesley Bevan, Steven Kin and Tom Unzicker at 13991 Timm Road, Constantine, Mich.
• Norah Ruth Amstutz, Sarah Anderson, Lorie Marsh, Jennifer Kaplan, Marret Metzger, Jenny Nakao and Wes Brown at 1133 Allen St., South Bend.
• Alec Hoogland, Laura Williams, Brian Westrick, Emily Schroeder Willis, Becky Meneely and Andrew Linderman at 439 S. Michigan St., South Bend.
• Brandon Schwartz, Seth Green, Len Cockman, Kim Marcadis, Doug McIndoe, Jonathan Pacheco, Natasha Overton and Jessie Swihart at 56815 CR19, Bristol.
• Jesse Woodworth, Becca Otis, Meghan Yarnell, Beale Pottery, Charlotte Grenier, and Cody Moser at 175 Morton St., Shipshewana.
