Grow Wabash County Receives BCA Grant For Business Development

WABASH — Grow Wabash County has received a $2,500 grant from Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana to support ongoing efforts to attract, retain and grow businesses in Wabash County.
“The Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana in cooperation with the BCA Economic Development Committee is committed to fostering a thriving economic environment throughout Northeast Indiana,” Chris Wesner, BCA Economic Development Committee Chair, said. “We recognize the vital role Grow Wabash County and the economic development organizations play in attracting and retaining businesses. We’re excited to partner in a new initiative designed to further empower your efforts. As such the Economic Development Committee of the BCA is proud to financially invest in Grow Wabash County.”
As the joint economic development organization and chamber of commerce for Wabash County, much of our work revolves around finding new and innovative ways to set Wabash County apart in the competitive world of business attraction.
This funding from the BCA will allow Grow Wabash County to build upon the work already being done to research and identify valuable business leads and develop strategies that allow us to successfully bring new investment, jobs and increased wages to the community.
