WINONA LAKE – Visiting Wabash posted a 75-17 win over Lakeland Christian Academy Friday night in prep boys basketball action.

Wabash led just 15-6 after the opening period before taking a 35-8 lead at halftime.

Chris Silveus paced the host Cougars with nine points.

Jon Harmon and Connor Blum each scored three points and Carter Twombly had two for LCA.

LCA drops to 1-18 on the season, while Wabash improves to 7-10.

The Cougars will host Howe Tuesday night at 7 p.m. The program will honor seniors Silveus and Cody Kline prior to the game at 6:30 p.m.

Wabash plays at Eastern Tuesday night.
