Seven Arrested in Kosciusko DTF Blitz
Officers of the Kosciusko DTF and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and Syracuse Police Department executed seven warrants on Saturday, July 7. In the pre-dawn hours, officers arrived at various locations in the blitz to serve active warrants issued in conjunction by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office.
The arrested individuals were:
- Billy Jack Fairchild, 27, Pierceton, charged with conversion, driving while suspended and failure to appear/O.W.I. He is being held without bond.
- Leamond Edward Lowther Jr., 57, Warsaw, charged with dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. Bond: $50,000
- Stephen James O’Connell, 28, Warsaw, charged with class A and class B felony counts of dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school or a public park. Bond: $100,000
- Jennifer Sue Moore, 23, Warsaw, charged with conspiring to commit a class A felony. Bond: $100,000
- Ben Lee Fox, 22, Leesburg, charged with two counts of class B felony dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. Bond: $50,000
- Kadeem Allen Dominie, 22, Warsaw, charged with two counts of class B felony dealing in Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. Bond: $50,000
- Tammy Kay Lewis, 32, Pierceton, charged with a class B felony dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. Bond: $50,000
Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers also have active warrants for the following individuals:
- Justin Ryan Monroe, 21, Leesburg, who is charged with two counts of felony dealing in a controlled substance and one count of possession of marijuana greater than 30 grams. His bond has been set at $50,000
- John F. Shepherd, 44, South Washington Street, Warsaw, who is charged with two counts of felony dealing in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school or public park. His bond has been set at $100,000.
- Jonathon Crace, Mentone, who is charged with two counts of felony dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. Bond has been set at $50,000.
Kosciusko Count Sheriff Rocky Goshert stated that citizens can call in information regarding to the three individuals at either the DTF anonymous tip line at 574-372-2494 or the county central dispatch center at 574-267-5667.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force consist of officers from the Syracuse Police Department and the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department that work as a dual-agency unit to combat the usage and sell of illegal and illicit drugs.
