April 25 — John Michael Sims, 45, LaPorte, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior charge and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance.
