WARSAW — Larry W. Rex, 36, 710 Jay St., Ligonier, has been preliminarily charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, enhanced to a level 6 felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated a class C misdemeanor, as a result of a Feb. 13, accident that injured himself and his three children.
