Halle Elise Lechlitner, daughter of Fred and Heather (Lamb) Lechlitner, Nappanee, is a new junior member of the American Angus Association, according to Mark McCully, chief executive officer of the national organization with headquarters in St. Joseph, Mo. She is the granddaughter of Dr. Bruce and Beth Lamb, Milford and Richard and Connie Lechlitner, Wakarusa.
