The Indiana State Department of Agriculture’s Soil Conservation Division has received more than $1.7 million from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency through the Gulf Hypoxia Program, created under the federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, to help states in nutrient reduction efforts.
