James M. Brownell, 90, Goshen, formerly of Battle Creek, Mich., died at 5 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023, at Greencroft Healthcare. He was born Jan. 2, 1933. Surviving are his siblings, Judy (Kenneth) Kromdyk, Battle Creek, Mich., and William Brownell, Gordonville, Texas. Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Homes is handling arrangements.
