The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will offer a Bob Ross paint class entitled, “The Magic of Fall,” from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at the Pike Lake Firemen’s Building, 1013 E. Arthur St., Warsaw.
