Indiana Treasurer Daniel Elliott has announced he placed BlackRock — one of the world’s largest asset managers — on a state watchlist, accusing the firm of making illegal environmental, social or governance commitments.

LEESBURG — Clunette United Methodist Church welcomes all to their annual homemade ice cream social from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19. Featured will be homemade ice cream, sloppy joes, hot dogs, home made pie, beverages and more for a free will donation.
