Yvonne Noreen (Marks) Scott, 82, Syracuse, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024. She was born March 10, 1942. Her husband, Kenneth Scott, survives. She also is survived by her son, John (Sue) Scott; two granddaughters; and brother, Richard (Dawn) Marks. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is assisting with arrangements.
